Welcome to Sugartrack ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sugartrack mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using Sugartrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to use Sugartrack. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.
Sugartrack provides informational and tracking tools related to sugar consumption and nutrition awareness.
Sugartrack does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions regarding your diet, health, or medical condition.
Use of the App is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from reliance on the App.
You may be required to create an account to use certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Sugartrack may offer free and paid features (subscriptions or in-app purchases).
Prices and billing terms are disclosed in the App and may vary by region.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store in accordance with Apple's terms. We do not directly process payments or store payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using Sugartrack, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sugartrack may integrate with third-party databases (e.g., food barcode information). We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.
All rights, trademarks, logos, and content within Sugartrack are owned by us or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
Sugartrack may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Sugartrack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for using Sugartrack (if any) in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sugartrack, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of Sugartrack after updates means you accept the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Sugartrack at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
